DIAMOND DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all entries into Diamond investor Diamond Draw competitions operated by Diamond investor (“the Promoter”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
1.2 By entering any competition operated by Diamond investor participants agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Diamond investor competitions are operated as skill-based prize competitions and are not lotteries, raffles or gambling products.
1.4 Entry into each competition requires successful completion of a knowledge-based skill question.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

5. ENTRY PACKAGES
5.1 Entry packages and pricing are displayed clearly on the competition page.
5.2 Purchasing larger entry packages may provide multiple entries where stated.
5.3 Entry packages do not guarantee winning.
6. COMPETITION CLOSING DATES
6.1 Each competition shall display a stated closing date and time.
6.2 Diamond investor reserves the right to extend competitions where minimum entry thresholds have not been met.
6.3 Any extensions will be communicated publicly through the official website and/or official social media channels.
7. MINIMUM ENTRY THRESHOLDS
7.1 Certain competitions may operate subject to minimum entry thresholds.
7.2 Where thresholds are not achieved, Diamond investor reserves the right to:

- provide a cash alternative;
- provide store credit;
- or refund eligible entrants.

8. CASH ALTERNATIVES

8.2 Cash alternatives may be calculated based upon total competition revenue, supplier availability or operational considerations.
8.3 Diamond investor reserves the right to determine reasonable cash alternatives where necessary.
9. PRIZES
9.1 Prize descriptions, grading details and certification information are provided to the best of our knowledge using supplier and certification data.
9.2 Diamonds may include certification from recognised grading laboratories including but not limited to:
- Gemological Institute of America (GIA)
- International Gemological Institute (IGI)
9.3 Retail valuations shown are indicative estimates only and may vary between retailers and markets.
9.4 In rare circumstances where supplier inventory changes prior to fulfilment, Diamond investor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a diamond of equal or greater value featuring matching or superior specifications.
10. WINNER SELECTION
10.1 Winners shall be selected using the competition system associated with the Diamond investor platform.
10.2 Diamond investor may conduct winner selection either:
- automatically;
- manually;
- or via livestream.
10.3 Winner announcements may be published publicly unless prohibited by law.
10.4 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable verification procedures prior to fulfilment.
11. FULFILMENT & SHIPPING
11.1 Prizes shall be shipped using tracked and insured delivery methods where applicable.
11.2 Shipping timeframes may vary depending on location, supplier logistics and verification procedures.
11.3 International winners may be responsible for local taxes, import duties or customs charges.
11.4 Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery.
12. REFUNDS
12.1 Entry fees are generally non-refundable once valid participation has been confirmed.
12.2 Refunds may be issued where:
- competitions are cancelled;
- duplicate payments occur;
- technical processing errors arise;
- or required by law.
12.3 Diamond investor reserves the right to determine refund eligibility reasonably and fairly.
13. FRAUD & ABUSE
13.1 The use of bots, automated systems, fraudulent payment methods or attempts to manipulate competitions is strictly prohibited.

- disqualify entrants;
- void entries;
- suspend accounts;
- withhold prizes;
- or report unlawful activity where appropriate.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- payment processor failures;
- delivery delays;
- supplier delays;
- or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
14.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
15. WEBSITE & TECHNICAL OPERATIONS
15.1 Diamond investor reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue competitions or website services where necessary for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
15.2 Diamond investor shall not be responsible for incomplete entries caused by technical issues outside reasonable control.
